Refund Policy

All sales are final. By subscribing to Recepta you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that you have evaluated the service through our publicly available documentation, features, and support resources before purchasing.

1. Subscription fees are non-refundable

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual) and are non-refundable, including in the following situations:

  • You decided you don't need the service anymore.
  • You forgot to cancel before renewal.
  • You didn't use the service during a paid period.
  • You're switching to a different provider.
  • You no longer like a feature or change in the product.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused portions of an annual term.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via the customer portal. Cancellation prevents future billing β€” your service remains active until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Cancelling is the way to stop spending money on Recepta. Cancelling does notretroactively refund any prior payments.

3. Usage and phone-number fees

Per-minute call charges, phone-number rental fees, and any other consumption-based fees are passed through from our voice infrastructure partners and are never refundableonce incurred β€” even in the cases listed in Section 4 below.

4. Refunds we do honor

We will issue a refund only in the following narrowly defined situations:

  • Duplicate billing caused by a system error on our side.
  • Unauthorized charges where you can demonstrate your account was compromised and you reported the breach to us within 7 days of the charge.
  • Service unavailability: if the Recepta dashboard or core call routing was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side (planned maintenance and third-party provider outages excluded), we may issue a service credit (not a cash refund) on your next invoice equal to the affected portion of your subscription.

All refund requests under this section are reviewed individually and approved at our discretion. We may request additional information to verify the claim.

5. No "money-back guarantee"

Recepta does not offer a trial-period refund or money-back guarantee. We strongly encourage prospective customers to review our features, pricing, demos, FAQ, and contact our team with questions before subscribing.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a legitimate charge by initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we will:

  • Immediately suspend and may permanently terminate your account.
  • Permanently ban the account holder from re-subscribing in the future.
  • Provide our payment provider with full evidence (invoices, usage logs, transcripts) to dispute the chargeback.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email billing@hirecepta.com first. We resolve legitimate billing issues quickly.

7. Refund process

Refund requests that fall within Section 4 must be submitted in writing to billing@hirecepta.com within 7 daysof the disputed charge, with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A clear description of which exception in Section 4 applies
  • Any supporting documentation

Approved refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record (LemonSqueezy) and credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Statutory rights

This Refund Policy does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to you under the law of your country of residence (for example, certain EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right that excludes services already supplied). However, by subscribing to a digital service and starting to use it, you may waive certain withdrawal rights under applicable law β€” please review your local consumer-protection rules before subscribing.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Updates apply only to charges incurred after the effective date of the change. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes.
